"I’m leaving a one star just because when I had a car accident that was not my fault back in 2021, the agent, Rita told me I had to fix that on my own that they couldn’t do anything about it. So my question is then why are you taking my money out of my bank if there if this is not your job. I had to pay a lawyer to help me fix this problem. I won the case they paid my car damages and I got money back. The problem is that my insurance went up and every time I call. To ask why my insurance is going up without a notice they don’t have an answer for me, and this is not every six months that my insurance is going up it’s every single month since my car accident. So I called my lawyer back and he told me that it’s because I sue them. They’re collecting their money back, so just heads up out there. By the way, I’m changing agents, I’m gonna stay with the same insurance but different office so you all know you guys could do that."
